| I think we could extend the TOC or PageOutline macros to automatically create a link to the parent page, so that we have a way to go one level up the hierarchy.

It looks to me like TOC will integrate the parent link(s) (explicitly passed into the macro) into the generated TOC — I used PageOutline in the rev I just submitted, but I’ll try TOC again when I revisit the page to segregate the code organization page as you suggested.

If you get a chance, review the new [#CodingConventions page] and let me know if it looks OK or if you’d like me to do more (or less?) work on it.

I did the migration of the html content as its own revision, so if you really object to my rewording changes, you can back out the last revision and still have the wiki page with something pretty close to the original html content.
