Hi everyone,

1. The minutes of meeting

If we have make some decision or got some new ideas, I think we need to write them into the minutes. But the experience exchange or questions and answers are not really suited to the minutes of meeting.

I have checked the Skype website, I did not find the recording function. It would not be possible to record the entire meeting. And if the meeting would be recorded, maybe people would not chat so freely. What do others think?
2. The meeting time

Till now 4 people want to join the conference call. Considering the time zones I want to ask you, what time is OK for you. The followings are my suggestions. Other suggestions?
