I consider the how to get started topic a rather important one and I’d like that we discuss the difficulties and how to overcome them. As Atul already suggested, doing refactoring, unit tests and documenting the source code is a good start. Problems with that? Not all are experienced with unit tests… What additional getting started docs are needed. How to have Calitko developers communicate more and help each other, etc.
