Final merges for the v0.5.6 release

Hello everybody!

Just merged my doc branch with the official calitko branch in revno 70. New is a section about memory management in Coding Conventions, which emerged from a number of discussions in Source Talk, and a new page about using Bazaar for version controlling the Calitko sources.

In revno 71 I merged the GUI refactoring and GUI improvements from Valeriy and the new icons from Lev.

In revno 72 I merged also my BitTorrent development branch.
