PacketMonitor is now all commented. It should be adapted for use with PacketSession.

In FileIndexer I had to comment the lines referring to QueryRoutingFilter. Objects of the class FileIndexer were never created, meaning we do not share any files now. Actually, a few features, which were working before, got broken after the ‘chain of filters’ system was deprecated. More work is required to get these working again!
