Memory leak in PacketSession

When packets are sent over a PacketSession, a copy of the packet is stored in an output queue. The copy is NOT deleted after it has been sent.

The attached patch is applied in revision 2 of the official Bazaar branch (brz branch http://bzr.calitko.org/calitko -r 2).
