There is one lightweight software from Redhat called "source navigator.. "
sourcenav.sourceforge.net
From the download section you can get a windows binary zipped..
sometimes it gives tcl error messages.. but overall it is

Also take a look at exuberant ctags ...
What I do is
ctags -R ./
in the root of the source tree and in vim g] and ] take you to the definitions

Hi Vijay,
The include is probably not displayed correctly in your post because of the XHTML validation feature of Wordpress. I'll see how I can turn it off to avoid this
